• Estimated travel times are based on standard traffic and route conditions and may vary due to weather, traffic incidents, road works, airport capacity, border-control delays (including delays caused by new or stricter EU border-control rules such as the Entry/Exit System / EES) or other circumstances beyond our control (see the Force Majeure clause in our Terms & Conditions).
• The binding details of your reservation — pickup, drop-off, vehicle class, fare and waiting fees — are those confirmed by AMS Holland in writing.

3. Liability

Our liability for the services we provide is set out in our Terms & Conditions (Section 12). In summary, AMS Holland is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on its part. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory Dutch consumer-protection law.

For information shown on the website that is general in nature (and not part of a confirmed booking), AMS Holland is not liable for decisions made on the basis of that information without first contacting us to confirm.
