We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. For Sprinter or Coach (group transport), please book at least 7 days ahead. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability — call +31 20 787 0 787 or WhatsApp us.
If you provide your flight number when booking, we proactively monitor delays and early arrivals and adjust the pickup accordingly — at no extra cost. A 60-minute grace period applies from the flight's arrival at the gate. See our cancellation policy for details.
Our prices are fixed. The price you see when you book is the price you pay — no surge pricing, ever. Waiting time within the grace period is included; additional waiting fees only apply after the grace period at the published per-vehicle-class rate.
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a name sign. The exact meeting point is confirmed in your booking email. Driver name, mobile number and vehicle plate are shared with you before pickup so you can identify them easily.
