After confirmation, we will monitor the given in flight for delay or pre-arrival. The driver will be waiting at the arrival gate with a personalized sign. We kindly ask to switch on the mobile phone as soon as possible after landing. If needed, the chauffeur is able to make contact directly. 48 hours prior to your arrival you will receive a pre arrival email. Shortly prior to landing a driver gets assigned to your reservation. You will automatically receive the driver’s detail per email as well.

To make sure your driver is waiting for you on the given time and date with a Private Airport Pickup or a transfer with a pickup address outside of Amsterdam we do require pre-payment.

The number of passengers and the amount of luggage vary per vehicle type:

  • Executive Mercedes E-Class (3 pers/ 2 normal size suitcases/2 carry-on luggage)                
  • Limousine Mercedes S-Class (3 pers/ 2 normal size suitcases/2 carry-on luggage)               
  • Electric Limousine Mercedes EQS (3 pers/ 2 normal size suitcases/2 carry-on luggage)        
  • LimoVan Mercedes V-Class (7 pers/ 7 normal size suitcases/7 hand luggage)       

 We also offer transfers with vehicles for 16,23,28, 34 or 54 persons based on availability. Please email us at reservation@amsholland.com to receive a tailor-made offer.

Carryon luggage means luggage that is small in size and therefore fits in the cabin of the aircraft (cabin luggage). You do not have to check this luggage in and therefore do not have to check it out!

Checked in luggage refers to items handed over during the check-in process to be placed in the aircraft's cargo hold, within the specified guidelines.
