Cancellation Policy

Airport Pickup:
If reservation is cancelled twenty four (24) hours or less (from the time of the scheduled Pick Up), on the date of service or if flight arrives and there is no contact within one (1) hour of flights arrival at gate there will be no refund possible. When contact is made with your driver but due to any circumstances you are not able to be at given location to meet up with your driver, our driver will charge an extra waiting fee of € 18,75,- per quarter of an hour.


Airport Pickup with a Sprinter or Coach:
If reservation is cancelled 7 days or less (from the time of the scheduled Pick Up), on the date of service or if flight arrives and there is no contact within one (1) hour of flights arrival at gate there will be no refund possible. When contact is made with your driver but due to any circumstances you are not able to be at given location to meet up with your driver, our driver will charge an extra waiting fee of € 150,- per hour or proportionally.


Point to point Transportation:
If reservation is cancelled twenty four (24) hours or less (from the time of the scheduled Pick Up Time), on the date of service there will be no refund possible. There is also a 15 minute grace period given from the time of the scheduled pick up. If vehicle is still waiting after grace period has expired, there is a charge of € 18,75 per 15 minutes, beginning from the initial scheduled pick up time. Any waiting time is to be paid to driver at time of service directly.


Point to point transportation with a Sprinter or Coach:
If reservation is cancelled 7 days or less (from the time of the scheduled Pick Up), on the date of service there will be no refund possible. If vehicle is still waiting after grace period has expired, our driver will charge an extra waiting fee of € 150,- per hour or proportionally, beginning from the initial scheduled pick up time. Any waiting time is to be paid to driver at time of service.


Tours:
If reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior (from the time of the scheduled Pick Up) on the date of service there will be a full refund or No charge. If reservation is cancelled 12 hours till 4 hours prior (from the time of the scheduled Pick Up Time), on the date of service. We will refund 50 % or charge 50%.If reservation is cancelled 4 hours or less prior (from the time of the scheduled Pick Up Time), on the date of service there will be no refund possible or we will fully charge your account.


Tours with a Sprinter or Coach:
